Free public parking available on Hasting Street. There is also 2 hour on-street parking on Centre street in front of the building. Access spa from left side door entrance. Follow stairs to second floor half way down hall.

REQUIRE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION PRIOR TO BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT.
FOR ALL SERVICES – Please avoid sun , tanning beds, spray tan, tanning lotions for 2+weeks.
Check-In
For all new clients please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so that all paperwork may be completed before you are scheduled to start your treatment.
For Laser Hair Removal
Shaving – Please shave the area to be treated thoroughly prior to coming in(night before) Except Face, happy Trail, Buttock Areas. Some areas may be hard to reach and we will gladly touch up the areas at no cost. We do have razors here for use and a fee may be charged if we have to shave the entire area ($20.00)
No Shows or Cancellations/Re-schedule
Please give us at least 48 hours notice if you will not be able to make your scheduled appointment time/re-scheduling. If you do not call you will be charged 100% FULL VALUE of your treatments or may be subject to $50 fee for new clients.**Regretfully, There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy**
LATE ARRIVALS
If you show up MORE THAN 15 MINUTES past your scheduled appointment time we cannot guarantee that you will receive service that day and 100% full value of your treatments or $50.00 will be charged for your late arrival.**Regretfully, There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy**
